My sister and I had an opportunity to preview then select some pieces from the new “Uniqlo and Lemaire” SS16 collab collection.
I was happy to obtain some pieces as this is their final collaboration line and I wasn’t able to get pieces from the last collection which was a downer.
The collection offers a variety of lightweight and summery clothing that is comfortable and easy to wear with clean silhouettes, loose shapes that allow for movement and comfortability.
The collection has a line up of 35 women’s styles and 37 men’s styles with a price range from £24.90 to £179.90.
So I put together an outfit that projects a casual contemporary man. I took advantage of the khaki pieces running through the collection so I paired the ‘Uniqlo and Lemaire‘ cotton twill shirt blouson with the oxford striped long sleeve shirt and the cotton twill elasticated pants to reflect a neutral coloured vibe. I then finished the look with a complementary wine coloured hat and a pair of derby shoes.
The line will be available first at Uniqlo.com March 3rd at 11pm and then launching in selected stores on March 18th.
