Visiting Tokyo for the first time was insightful. I took it upon myself to take advantage of Tokyo life both day and night. For me, Tokyo is where it’s at for street fashion. Being out there for Tokyo Fashion Week was great. I took the opportunity to look at the sites, fashion and architecture and gathered a lot of inspiration. During the day I had images taken in the amazing Shinjuku. Later in the evening we visited super cool Harajuku and took images in the midst of all the street and shop lights.
In this look I’m wearing a brown, vintage Kaiser Kaiser suit. I had it altered to fit and also had the sleeves removed to add a bit of flare to the suit. This was an idea I had borrowed from the catwalk. The suit was teamed with a white shirt, black trilby, black tie, brown shoes and a black coat. This outfit was perfect for going back and forth between the shows and shopping in Tokyo. As you already know I like to keep it smart wherever I go.
