As some of you may know I came from a surface design/textile background. I spent most of my uni years trying to figure out what I wanted to do. I had previously studied digital arts and graphics, when I came across textile & print design, and I knew this was the course for me. I have always wanted to be a designer, in 2007 I designed t-shirts alongside Donya-Patrice. I also spent some time as a design intern for Ben Sherman where I learnt the techniques and craft in the Menswear design industry. Working under the senior designer (who took me under his wing) I enhanced my existing skillset.
I am proud to introduce my latest collaboration with Oliver Sweeney. Having closely worked with the brand on previous projects and campaigns, we thought it was only right to join forces and produce an exclusive range. My knowledge in design and love for menswear accessories naturally lead to this partnership. This exclusive line includes two pocket squares designed by myself and Donya-Patrice. The designs were inspired by nature.
an English heritage hat brand since 1773 have also joined the bandwagon. Having introduced both traditional brands, Christy’s and Oliver Sweeney have teamed up to create a limited, luxury collection of hats. This also includes the grey, fur, felt trilby known as “Mr Flyy”.
It’s been an exhilarating experience to work alongside Oliver Sweeney, as they are one of the leading shoe & accessory brands.
